Wheeling is a town with good bones. Its history, architecture, hardworking people, and strong sense of community give it a foundation a lot of places would envy. All we have to do is invest in it, nurture it, and help it grow stronger.
When I came back to my hometown, I saw potential everywhere—in the old buildings, the neglected houses, the remnants of real architectural excellence, and the opportunities other people seemed to overlook. I kept thinking: What if someone actually believed in these places again?
Eventually I realized I wanted to be one of those people.
One of the things I love most about Wheeling is its people. We have hardworking residents who genuinely care about their community. We have a thriving small-business culture built on entrepreneurship and local support. People here believe in each other, and that spirit is what makes this town special.
That’s one of the biggest reasons I decided to pursue a career in real estate. I want to be part of the group helping move Wheeling forward. I want to help attract investment to our community, connect families with homes they can be proud of, and guide first-time buyers through what can often feel like a confusing and intimidating process. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions a person will ever make, and having someone to help navigate those waters can make all the difference.
If I had unlimited resources, I’d go down every block in Wheeling, find every forgotten home, buy it, renovate it, and put it back on the market. Not just for the income, but because it would serve the neighborhood and the people who live there.
Every rehabilitated home strengthens a community. It’s one less abandoned property that can become a haven for criminal activity. It’s one more family finding a place to call home. It’s a grandmother watching her home’s value rise enough to help provide a more comfortable retirement. It’s one less unsafe building parents have to worry about their kids playing near.
I don’t look at a house as just another property on the market. I look at the families, the neighborhood, and the honor of being the first face a relocating family sees when they start the next chapter of their lives.
If you’re selling, my job is to help you understand what makes your property valuable and put it in front of the right people. I’m offering more than sticking a sign in the yard and waiting for an offer.
If you’re buying, I want to help you see past the paint, flooring, and staging. I want you to understand the neighborhood, the potential of the property, and what you’re actually investing in.
That’s why I take it personally. I believe in Wheeling, and I want to inspire other people to believe in it too.
This is more than a job or a side gig for me. It’s a way to serve my community.
I love this town, and I love the people in it. I believe Wheeling’s best days are still ahead of us, and I want to do my part to help make that future a reality.
